According to Section 25 of the Act, as soon as the concerned public prosecutor receives the information from the court regarding the complaint filed against the Government of Nepal, he should immediately send the received complaint, complaint, petition and other attached documents to the relevant officer or office. If such a complaint is made regarding the work of two or more officers, the said document should be sent to the officer who is the main one of those officers.
